I had always thought, "I should consider my career," but in the midst of my daily work, I couldn't really focus on it and didn't have time. As a result, I found myself in a state where I was somewhat uncertain about what I wanted for my career. I felt like I was just going through the daily motions without a clear direction, and I wanted to change that.

I was unsure about whether I could make time initially, but the Zoom sessions were arranged to fit my schedule perfectly. By making time each day to think about the assignments and work in my own way, I was able to do what was required. As a result, I have a very clear idea of what I want to be in 5 or 10 years.

In fact, it was about a year ago that I started thinking about my career. Over the past year, I've had quite a few challenges. There was a department I was hoping to transfer to within my company, and that move was successful. This occurred in the latter part of last year. Then, as a result of the experience I gained from that internal transfer, I'm switching jobs next month. That internal transfer allowed me to gain experience and make this career advancement. I was able to increase my annual income, to around 1.1 million yen.

I thought it was great that I could set aside time not only to consider my career but also my life goals and purposes. It was excellent that I could share specific ideas with my wife, like "It would be nice if we could buy a home with a garden." This not only involved me but was also shared with my family. This has given me something to look forward to in my personal life.

Before I started, I had some concerns, but it was particularly reassuring to receive strong support from Mr. Kurosu and the instructors. Mr. Kurosu himself has the experience of increasing his income, and he has a wealth of career experience from headhunting.
